New Construction Plumbing

Rough-in through finish, on a schedule the rest of the build can rely on.

New construction plumbing is as much about scheduling as it is about pipe. The rough-in has to be ready for inspection before drywall, the gas and water services have to be coordinated with the utility, and the finish has to land after the tile and cabinets without holding up occupancy. We work with builders and homeowners across Greater Victoria who want that handled by one crew.

Rough-in

Drain, waste and vent, water supply and gas lines placed to the plans and the BC Plumbing Code, pressure tested and ready for inspection. We flag plan conflicts with framing or mechanical early, when they are cheap to fix.

Finish

Fixtures, water heater, hose bibs and appliance connections set and tested once the finishes are in. We walk the house with you before the final inspection.

Secondary suites

Suites usually need separate shutoffs and sometimes a separate water heater. We design the plumbing so the suite can be inspected and permitted cleanly.

Questions we get asked

Do you work with general contractors?

Yes. Much of our new construction work is as a trade on builder-led projects, and we keep to the construction schedule.

Can you do both plumbing and gas on a new build?

Yes. One licensed crew handles the plumbing and the gas fitting, which simplifies permits and inspections.
